I know how that feels, I’ve been in that place myself before. Taking a break and setting boundaries will be beneficial. Good on you for taking the initiative instead of letting inertia take over. When you get back, you will have devoted fans waiting for you.

Hope you feel better soon! I'm taking a week or so break myself. Twitter and all that is sensory overload and I want to catch up on my real life (laundry, bills, family, etc) and sometimes pulling the plug is the best way.
