Oh my gosh I’d be honoured to have you on board. I’ve seen a bit if your cooking on social media before and it’s nothing short of decadence.
I have... my favourite recipe for stir-fried rice, if anyone's interested. I also have pictures of the process, which I took during the lockdowns!
This could be cool, like a kirby cafe style thing with food themed after characters. Dad n Me could be some kind of spicy eggplant recipe. Purple from the eggplant, Spice to emphasize your power meter building.
Funny enough I was considering a Dad n Me parfait with Ube ice cream, dark chocolate cake, wafer sticks, strawberry syrup and a white chocolate skull.

@itsreddqueen I didn't consider ice cream, that could be cool too. I think as far as artistry goes though, if it's a themed cookbook for everyone to use, anything visual should be fairly simple to achieve so we don't have people like, trying to build art out of frosting or something and people being disappointed theirs doesn't look like the picture. Just a suggestion.
We’ll have a difficulty scale listed in each recipe so then people will be mindful of which techniques require more skill.
It's so fucking tempting for me to pretend some shit like "Spicy Baguette" exists, but as one of the only french representatives, I gotta find a really cool recipe to send :)
I cooked professionally for 11+ years. Any requests? I'd love to give my take on any classic dishes that you might want to see but which nobody submits a recipe for. I don't have a "signature dish" or whatever. People love to ask me that all the time but it's not something that the pros actually do. I've also been writing on here for a very long time and I'd be more than happy to write a foreword or introduction for the book, if you'd have me. Shoot me a DM and we can discuss this more :)
